As usual, the PSBL rankings emphasize Chinanet-backbone. The other three that got worse are the same as for the CBL rankings: AS 9829 BSNL-NIB, AS 6147 SAA, and AS 9050 ROMTELECOM. |

CBL dropouts 8,11 September 2012 were on our end.
PSBL data is unusable 4-15 Sep 2012 due to problems on our end.
Even with the data problems, the PSBL ranking details are strikingly similar to the CBL rankings. Except for AS 4134 CHINANET-BACKBONE, the top light-blue line on the right.
Turkey's AS 8386 KOCNET kept fourth place because several others got much worse.
