AS 10794 BANK-OF-AMERICA both got to the top with single spam bursts around 7-9 December. AS 3356 LEVEL3 also had a burst on 9 December, leading to the usual question of possible botnet correlation.
AS 10794 BANK-OF-AMERICA and AS 12037 FDIC-GOV both got back to zero for more than a week at the end of the month.
